Alistair’s venture into the tourism industry was rather serendipitous. Despite initially pursuing studies in a different field, the allure of South Africa’s tourism sector in 1994 proved otherwise.
Recognizing the vast potential it held, he embraced the opportunity wholeheartedly, a decision that has since defined his professional journey in ways he never anticipated.
Alistair has gained experience in a variety of areas, from managing fleets of vehicles and branch offices to the nitty-gritty of logistics, operations, and reservations. Having travelled through South Africa, and parts of Southern Africa, he has a good understanding of his tour’s routings. This well-rounded background makes him a true all-rounder, bringing a wealth of expertise, knowledge, and experience to the team when it comes to guiding JENMAN African Safaris groups.
