Panorama Route
Situated within the Mpumalanga province, the Panorama Route is seen as one of South Africa’s most beautiful scenic routes that link many great cultural and natural locations. The Panorama Route in Mpumalanga offers a truly spectacular journey through some of the country’s most stunning natural landscapes. Highlights along this scenic route include the Blyde River Canyon, one of the largest green canyons in the world, offering awe-inspiring views and the iconic Three Rondavels rock formation. Visitors can also explore Bourke’s Luck Potholes, a geological wonder of cylindrical rock formations created by swirling water, and take in the panoramic vistas from God’s Window, a viewpoint that lives up to its heavenly name. The route is also dotted with numerous cascading waterfalls, lush forests, and charming towns, making it a must-visit destination for nature enthusiasts and photographers alike.
