Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you’ll be met and transferred to The Winchester Hotel, your home for the next two nights. Located along the Sea Point Promenade with views of the Atlantic Ocean, this historic hotel offers an ideal introduction to Cape Town.

Spend the remainder of the day settling in and exploring at your own pace. Take a leisurely stroll along the promenade, discover nearby cafés and restaurants, or simply relax and enjoy the ocean views before your Cape Peninsula adventure begins.

Today is yours to explore Cape Town at your own pace. Visit the iconic Table Mountain for panoramic views of the city and Atlantic Ocean, take a ferry to the historic Robben Island, explore the vibrant V&A Waterfront, or discover Cape Town’s diverse neighbourhoods, local markets, and scenic coastline.

With its combination of cultural heritage, fascinating history, and natural beauty, the day can be tailored entirely to your interests. Return to The Winchester Hotel in the evening and enjoy a relaxing night along Cape Town’s beautiful Atlantic Seaboard.

Today, your journey continues with a scenic helicopter transfer from the V&A Waterfront to Hideaways Cape Point Hideaway, your home for the next four nights.

The helicopter flight follows Cape Town’s spectacular Atlantic coastline, offering aerial views of Sea Point, Clifton, Camps Bay, Llandudno, and Hout Bay before crossing the Cape Peninsula towards Cape Point. From there, continue along the False Bay coastline, passing Simon’s Town and Fish Hoek before arriving at your private villa, surrounded by the peaceful fynbos landscapes of the Cape Peninsula.

After breakfast, set out to explore Cape Point Nature Reserve, one of the Cape Peninsula’s most spectacular natural attractions. Discover dramatic coastal cliffs, pristine beaches, and unique indigenous fynbos vegetation as you explore this remarkable landscape.

Enjoy a scenic hike to the historic lighthouse, where panoramic views stretch across the rugged coastline towards the Cape of Good Hope. Afterwards, stop for a picnic lunch surrounded by the natural beauty of the reserve. Spend the afternoon exploring at your own pace, taking in the coastal scenery and peaceful surroundings before returning to Hideaways Cape Point Hideaway in the late afternoon.

Today, follow the scenic Cape Peninsula coastline to Simon’s Town, a historic naval town where colourful buildings, a working harbour, and seaside cafés reflect its maritime heritage.

From here, continue to Boulders Beach for one of the Cape’s most memorable wildlife encounters. Follow the wooden boardwalks through the coastal vegetation, where endangered African penguins nest, waddle between the boulders, and gather along the sandy shoreline. Take your time observing the colony, with the chance to watch the penguins going about their daily lives against a backdrop of sheltered coves and granite boulders. Afterwards, enjoy a leisurely lunch at a seaside café in Simon’s Town, Kalk Bay, or along the surrounding coastline. Take in the ocean views and relaxed atmosphere before returning to the tranquillity of Hideaways Cape Point Hideaway.

Today is yours to spend as you please. Wake to the peaceful surroundings of Cape Point Hideaway and enjoy a leisurely breakfast before deciding how to make the most of your final full day on the Cape Peninsula. You might choose to explore a nearby beach, follow scenic walking trails through the coastal fynbos, or simply relax beside the pool with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.

For those looking to experience more of the Cape Peninsula, a variety of optional activities can be arranged:
  • Yoga and massage treatments: Slow down with a private yoga session or relaxing massage in the comfort of your villa.
  • Horse riding on Noordhoek Beach: Explore the sweeping sandy shoreline on horseback, surrounded by mountains and ocean views.
  • Guided Fynbos Experience Walk: Discover the Cape Peninsula’s remarkable plant diversity on a guided walk through its indigenous coastal vegetation.
