Victoria Falls

Victoria Falls is known as  the greatest known curtain of falling water in the world. Neither the widest or highest waterfall in the world, but because of the sheer volume of water falling – it is a truly spectacular site to see. Vic Falls as they are commonly known borders on both sides of the banks of the mighty Zambezi in both Zimbabwe and Zambia. Columns of spray can bee seen from  miles away. Its a must see destination on your Zimbabwe safari holiday. Enjoy unrivalled views of the falls from the rainforest or the bridge that spans the river.

Hwange National Park

Besides the sights and sounds of Vic Falls this is a Zimbabwe holiday that is focused on world class game viewing in the largest and oldest national park in Zimbabwe. Hwange National Park is famous for its incredible elephant herds that have grown considerably in the last few decades. But also  look out for smaller mammals like the painted dogs for some rare sightings of this critically endangered mammal. Sightings of the big five in a single day are common and it is an out of this world safari and birding experience.

Sunset cruise on the Zambezi
